The author of this article has spent many hours researching information about the proposed replacement and relocation of the mandated gate at the entrance to the Buckskin Heights subdivision. Much of the information comes from published records available on the "Official Buckskinheights web site" Buckskinheights.org" . In many cases there are links directly to those records.
Many of the documents are long, detailed (boring) research papers but are very important to this matter.
The BHRA board ignored the 2nd request for a special meeting from members of the community, for specific answers to specific questions, and instead have announced a special meeting of their own ( violating the guidelines described in BHRA Bylaws Article VI.Meetings, Section 2. Special Meetings )
